Terms of Sale, Delivery, and Returns – More Than Baths Ltd
These Terms form part of every contract for the supply of goods by More Than Baths Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, which are designed to clearly set out the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. Orders and Deposits
1.1. All orders must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of 25% of the total order value.
1.2. Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, except where we are unable to fulfil the order due to circumstances beyond our control.
1.3. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection of goods.
2. Special Orders, Non-Returnable Items, and Tiles
2.1. Goods that are special orders (including but not limited to bespoke, made-to-order, or imported products) are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once confirmed.
2.2. Tiles, sanitaryware, and any products cut, customised, or ordered to specific requirements are also non-returnable.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that all quantities, dimensions, finishes, and specifications are correct at the time of order.
3. Deliveries and Lead Times
3.1. All delivery dates provided are estimates only. Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timeframes, we accept no liability for delays caused by:
- Manufacturer or supplier lead times
- Transport or shipping delays
- Weather or events beyond our reasonable control
3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that a competent person is present to inspect and sign for all deliveries.
3.3. Any shortages or damages must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.
4. Damages, Faults, and Warranties
4.1. Goods must be inspected upon receipt. We will replace or refund any goods found to be defective at the time of delivery, subject to clause 4.3 below.
4.2. We will not accept liability for any damage occurring after delivery, including damage caused during storage, handling, or installation.
4.3. Product warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier. We can assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for fulfilling or honouring such warranties ourselves.

5. Installation Services
5.1. While we may recommend customer independent installation teams, these individuals or companies are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of More Than Baths Ltd.
5.2. We accept no responsibility or liability for the conduct, workmanship, or timeliness of any recommended installers. Any issues must be resolved directly between you and the installer.
5.3 Any contractual agreement you enter with a customer recommended installer is completely between yourself and the installer.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
6.2. After this period, deposits are strictly non-refundable, and no cancellation will be accepted on special orders, tiles, or customised goods.
6.3. Refunds for standard stock items (excluding those in clauses 2.1–2.2) will only be issued if:
- The goods are unused and in their original packaging without damages.
- They are returned within 14 days of receipt
- A 25% restocking charge is applied
6.4. All returns must be authorised in writing by More Than Baths Ltd prior to return.
7. Liability
7.1. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied.
7.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, delays, additional labour or contractor costs, or project overruns.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
